VC: On my new team there are more opportunities to quickly turn insights related to what I’m seeing and hearing in markets, into stories. I’ve learned to trust my intuition and my gut, and to have a bit more fortitude in my convictions. I really feel like I have the trust of my new editor and the chance to perform at a very high level.

VC: I love knowing that I might one day have the opportunity to work across the different properties and platforms of our parent company, News Corp. Knowing that so many possibilities are lurking out there keeps me happy and motivated!

VC: A unique combination of determination, grit/drive, and patience! I definitely feel down when things don’t go my way at work. But I’m willing to work as long and as hard as it takes to turn things around. And it’s very encouraging and rewarding when it does.
