Hello Qwoted community,

Kevin here, Qwoted’s CTO.

One of my favorite things about leading tech at Qwoted is getting to meet our users and gaining a better understand of their unique needs.

We’ve noticed a good percentage of our users are members of larger PR and marketing agencies and need different functionality from individuals. In particular, they’re looking to pitch more and to be able to coordinate those pitches across their teams. In an effort to better support this part of our user base, we’re introducing a new set of free features exclusively for agency users.

  • Designated agency users will not be limited to the monthly 2-pitch cap of other free users. Instead the agency will be granted a collective number of pitches which all users inside the firm can share.
  • Designated agency users will also be granted additional intelligence around the agency’s pitch activity. They will be able to see how the pitches have been used across the agency, who’s doing the pitching, and which reporters are getting pitched.
  • Designated agency users interested in upgrading their access to Qwoted can explore our Teams plan, as our Pro plan is reserved for sole practitioners and self-representing experts.

Our primary goal is to create a helpful environment for journalists and the communications professionals that support them.
